WHO WE ARE
FLOW Global Impact is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering rural women and girls. We focus on educating them about their mental, sexual, and reproductive health, enabling them to pursue economic and capacity-building activities. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where women can thrive and achieve their full potential. Our focus extends to rural and peri-urban communities, where access to resources and opportunities is limited.
At FLOW Global Impact, we provide comprehensive training programs that cover:
- Digital Skills: Including digital marketing, graphic design, and more.
- Vocational Skills: Such as soap making, tailoring, and other crafts.
We also offer workshops and seminars on mental, sexual, and reproductive health to ensure women are well-informed and confident in managing their well-being.

WHAT WE DO
FLOW Global Impact creates change in rural communities by starting with women. We believe women are the one of the most powerful forces of change in the world and yet, they are also the most marginalized. With inequalities stemming from the workplace to even domestic chores, women lack the ability, support and resources to live economic independent lives. In most patriarchal cultural settings, especially in Africa, women are seen as properties and have their lives determined by men.
FLOW works earnestly through health outreaches and sensitizations coupled with vocational trainings and support to ensure that women are empowered with the right information on their mental, sexual and reproductive health to have autonomies over their bodies. By doing this, we are ensuring that, the next generation of women, especially in rural and marginalized communities are properly equipped to make bold decisions about their bodies, education, finances and careers.
